Chalet Les Sapins location is on the edge of Chatel and has lots of outside space for you to enjoy whether playing in the snow or simply relaxing in the sun. It is easy to access the ski slopes and the village of Chatel, which are only 5 minutes from the Chalet. In addition the footpaths and trails for walking, running and cycling are accessible directly from the Chalet providing access to the vast mountain ranges of the Portes du Soleil .

You can be at the chalet in 90 mins from Geneva airport which makes a weekend break and the possibility of exploring other resorts in the area very possible. Verbier is 1 hour away, Chamonix 90 mins and Zermatt 2 hours.

The chalet style is simple yet luxurious, using natural materials throughout with wood being a predominant feature. We have created a terrace area on the side of the property with a spectacular view of the Dents Blanche mountains and the hot tub is a great place to relax those aching muscles after a day in the mountains.

The Alps and Chatel have so much to offer in addition to the linked portes du soleil ski area, there are many cross country ski tracks and in the summer the mountain biking and hiking trails allow you to explore hidden valleys and forests taking spectacular views, while enjoying some of the fantastic local cheeses dried meats and wines with your picnic.

Evian les bains and Lac Leman are just 30 minfrom the Chalet. You can sunbathe on a beautiful freshwater beach, play in a water park or take a cruise to Geneva or Lausanne followed by a beautiful fresh lake fish supper with a glass cold of rosé while watching the sun set over the lake. We have discovered lots of great little spots over the last few years, and would love to share some of our favourites with you.

Chatel has been improving its facilities over the last few years too. There are new modern lifts, unparalleled snow making facilities and the new pool and spa complex is a lovely addition for both summer and winter. The village restaurants and bars are of a high quality with good atmospheres with many noted in the Michelin guide.
